Nigerian man breaks world record for eating in 150 restaurants within 24 hours

Nigerian content creator and food consultant, Munachimso Brian Nwana, has broken the Guinness World Record for visiting the most fast food restaurants within 24 hours. The 22-year-old achieved this by visiting 150 different restaurants in Abuja, surpassing the previous record of 100 held by American YouTuber, Airrack, in 2023.

Brian covered over 25 kilometers on foot, starting from Chicken Republic in Gwarinpa and concluding at Kilimanjaro in the city center. According to Guinness World Records, Brian completed the entire journey without using private transportation, relying on the city’s limited public transit options and walking the route.

To meet the record requirements, at least 75% of his orders needed to be food. Brian mentioned that he ate “probably enough to last a week” and tried to taste at least a bite from most of the places he visited. Any leftover food was shared with his team and the public.
