My father married 30 wives – Late politician’s son, Abdul opens up on father’s will.

Abdul Mumuni, one of the sons of the late MKO Abiola, has shared some family secrets in a viral video, particularly about his father’s Will.

He revealed that his father made specific financial arrangements for all his over 30 wives, with the first wife, Simbiat, receiving £300,000.

Abdul accused his siblings, Kola and Wuraola Abiola, of managing the family’s estate as their personal property. He claimed that Kola, along with some siblings, has lifted over 600,000 barrels of oil from their late father’s oil block, without sharing any proceeds with the rest of the family.

Discussing his father’s Will, Abdul emphasized how meticulous MKO Abiola was, detailing specific amounts for each wife: the first wife was to receive around $300,000, his own mother was allocated $150,000, and the third wife, approximately $100,000.

MKO Abiola’s Will also included provisions for his siblings and other family members. Abdul highlighted that the Will was very detailed and reflected his father’s intention to distribute his wealth according to his wishes. He also mentioned that Abiola had stipulated that anyone claiming to be part of the family must undergo a DNA test, a condition that most family members have complied with.
