Tokyo, September 15, 2025 — Nigeria’s world record-holding hurdler, Tobi Amusan, claimed the silver medal in the women’s 100m hurdles final at the World Athletics Championships with a time of 12.29 seconds, narrowly behind Switzerland’s Ditaji Kambundji, who timed 12.24 seconds, a Swiss national record.
