Customer relationship management giant Salesforce has unveiled Agentforce 360, its latest AI-driven platform designed to help businesses deploy customizable, intelligent agents across customer service, sales, and marketing operations — a move that underscores the escalating battle for dominance in enterprise AI.

Announced at the company’s annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, the new platform integrates Salesforce’s existing Einstein AI with generative capabilities, enabling enterprises to build secure, brand-aligned digital agents capable of handling complex client interactions, automating workflows, and offering real-time insights.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff described Agentforce 360 as a “trust-first AI ecosystem” that ensures data privacy and compliance while giving organizations full control over how AI interacts with customers. “Every company needs an AI strategy that’s grounded in trust and human connection. Agentforce 360 delivers both,” Benioff said.

Industry observers note that the launch places Salesforce in direct competition with rivals like Microsoft’s Copilot for Dynamics 365 and Oracle’s AI Assist, as corporations increasingly integrate generative AI tools into their operations. Analysts predict Agentforce 360 could become a cornerstone of Salesforce’s next growth phase, as enterprise demand for custom AI agents and automation solutions continues to surge globally.
