Nigeria’s minister of state for education Honorable Chukuwemeka Nwajiuba has expressed his interest in the forth coming election after he purchased the APC presidential ticket, this news came as as a chock to Nigerians and the Nigerian education system as the university association has been on a three month strike as a result of break down in negotiation between the university association and the federal government.
The presidential ticket which cost a whooping sum of 100 million Naira didn’t seem like a problem for the minister of state for education despite university across the nation been on an indefinite strike as students sit at home wasting precious time of their lives. The minister has come under much scrutiny and backlash from Nigerians, this should be a clear sign to the minister his Presidential race has ended even before it started but been under a corrupt party and a failed government who only crave for power and money and not the the people who put them in power he his allowed to contest for the position. Question is having failed in his position as Minister of State for Education there seem to be no assurance what more failure he will achieve if elected president.
