“To this end, we view Anyim’s underwriting as too hurried and self-serving. Those clamoring for him to run for the administration decided to move too soon in what must be deciphered as self-serving and an endeavor to rush the South East coalition into their own private plan.

“How Abaribe, who is one of our own, joined the fleeting trend of some childish South East lawmakers to take part in the questionable trip, is stunning and frustrating,” the assertion peruses.

In particular, the gathering requested that Abaribe ought to promptly pull out his support, demanding: “Whatever occurred among Anyim and the lawmakers is a nullity and doesn’t mirror the state of mind of South East individuals.”

Ezugwu focused on that South East pioneers were at that point during the time spent interviews across partisan principals to search for whatever might be most ideal, who might address the interest of Ndigbo, yet in addition has limit and expansive mindness to convey along all Nigerians, independent of religion, clan or political leanings.

“Ndigbo are not prepared to wreck the chance to introduce our best to Nigerians, as numerous conspicuous people are being counseled prior to focusing on a couple of competitors among those keen on challenging the situation from the zone.

“SEDSOC fervently goes against Ayim’s hurried underwriting for leader of the country in 2023,” it added.
